This is because the SKOTTI Cap is not just a hood that makes grilling easier in windy places. It can also be set up and used multi-functionally depending on the situation and the food being grilled: If you assemble two or three of the five stainless steel parts together, it can be converted into a simple windbreak. You can also attach a rotisserie with just three or all four side parts. Closed at the top and open on one side, the SKOTTI Cap can transform your SKOTTI Grill into a pizza oven. All five parts together make a complete hood. In this way, you can prepare many recipes beyond typical steak or sausage grilling, such as those for preparing bread, pizza, fish, meat and vegetable skewers, corn on the cob or larger pieces that require a longer cooking time.
