What is being filtered?

Nano cartridge with 0.1-µm hollow fiber membrane: It retains 99.999% of all germs and bacteria purely mechanically – certified according to ASTM F838-15A, at full flow rate of approx. 11 l/min.

FAQ

How can I tell that the Nano is exhausted?

The flow rate visibly decreases – the membrane automatically closes when exhausted. Replace after 6 months at the latest.

How do I dispose of the old cartridge?

Dispose of it with regular household waste. Unlike the Active cartridges, the Nano cartridge does not contain activated carbon, but rather a hollow fiber membrane made of plastic.

Does the Nano also protect against Legionella?

Yes – the 0.1 µm membrane reliably retains Legionella bacteria, both preventively and in cases of acute infection. The laboratory reports (Legionella & E. coli, ASTM F838-15A) can be found in the technical data.
